Terms of sales
Article 1 – Scope – Purpose
These general conditions of sale define the contractual relations between LOISIRS COTE VACANCES and the customers of our hotels and residences, unless there is a specific written exception. They also apply to all reservations made via our reservation center, directly with our hotels and residences, or via the Internet. The registration of the reservation and the sending of the confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction and acceptance of the operations carried out. Any validated reservation entails the express and complete acceptance of our general conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of it and the renunciation to avail ourselves of its own purchasing conditions or other conditions.
Article 2 – Reservation and payment methods
The reservation of an apartment is only valid after acceptance by the reservations department or the manager of the residence. and the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay for the residences and the provision of a credit card number as guaranteed for the hotels. In case of prepayment the balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date without reminder from us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to consider your registration canceled and to apply the cancellation fees provided.
For online booking, the customer is fully informed that one month before departure, the balance of the price of the stay and, if applicable, associated services will be debited automatically and without notice from the bank account used at the time of booking.
For reservations made less than 1 month before the start of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
For passing customers and monthly stays, payment will be made upon presentation of the invoice upon arrival.
The invoices will be drawn up in the name of the resident or of the legal person responsible for the stay.
The resident must justify the assumption by said legal person of his living expenses, failing which the invoice will be drawn up in his name.
Article 3 – Cancellation
Any cancellation of stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to our reservations department and will be taken into account on the date of receipt.
LCV Residences :
Cancellation indemnities will be received as of right and without formalities in the following cases and conditions:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before your arrival date, the booking fees will be retained.
- Cancellation between the 7th and the 3rd day before your arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees will be kept.
- Cancellation 3 days or less before your arrival date or no show, 100% of the stay and booking fees will be retained.
LCV Hotels and Hotel Residences :
Cancellation indemnities will be received as of right and without formalities in the following cases and conditions :
- Cancellation 2 days or less before your arrival date or no show, the first night of the stay will be charged to your credit card. To obtain a possible refund, we advise you to take out cancellation – interruption of stay insurance.
Article 4 – Duration of stay
With the exception of specific contracts with our partners (“allotment”), no rental contract may be signed for a period of more than 1 month.
Extension
Subject to availability and at the discretion of the manager of the residence, the duration of the stay may be extended. In the event of an extension, a new rental contract will be signed. Any extension requires that all amounts owed by the customer for their previous stay be settled in advance.
Early departure
The stay may be interrupted before the contractually agreed term, by informing the residence manager within the following deadlines :
- More than 48 hours in advance in the case of a stay of less than 7 nights.
- More than 7 days in advance for a stay of 7 to 29 nights.
In the event of early departure, the applicable price will be that corresponding to the duration thus shortened. Any price change linked to a departure will apply retroactively to the customer’s account from the date of their arrival.
Article 5 – Arrival / Departure
LCV residences :
In high season, unless expressly agreed by the reservation department or the manager of the residence, the minimum stay is 7 nights with a scheduled arrival on Saturday, between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., and a departure on the following Saturday before 10 a.m.
In low season, arrival days are free, the minimum stay is 2 nights, with arrival from 5 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
Article 6 – Prices
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and include, unless otherwise stipulated in the rental contract, the provision of accommodation and charges (electricity extra for monthly rentals). The tourist tax is per person and day from 13 years and adjustable on site.
